Blue Baker is a young artisan bakery café featuring breads baked from scratch, pastries, sandwiches, soup, salads and brick-oven pizzas. At Blue Baker, our focus is on making the highest quality and best tasting foods while offering memorable service in the cleanest restaurant possible. The original Blue Baker store opened May 15, 2001 on Dominik Drive in College Station, Texas. The goal was to open a unique business with an artisan bakery at the heart and soul of the operation. Blue Baker serves classic familiar foods, artisan breads and pastries in a cool, blue, contemporary environment. But most important, ALL OF OUR BREADS & PASTRIES ARE BAKED FROM SCRATCH EVERY DAY! Since opening, Blue Baker has been able to expand our hours of operation, expand our menu options, and add new services for our guests and opportunities for our crewmembers. Our second store location opened May 25, 2007 on University Drive in College Station, Texas. Plans are already being made for another location, yet to be determined. Keep your eyes open!
